关于我们 Who we are

THE HYVE®是一家餐饮与娱乐业的孵化机构,总部在中国上海。我们是一家致力于将小创意转变为巨大成功的公司!我们“呼风唤雨”的团队成员分别是来自娱乐、餐饮和金融行业的精英分子。THE HYVE®有一个简单的目标:将世界各地最激动人心的餐厅及娱乐概念引进中国。

公司由Yuni和Nick于2017年成立。THE HYVE®迅速开始培养餐饮业和夜生活的项目并且在上海成功的孵化了第一批餐饮概念。我们超级自豪能把心爱的DEUS Cocktail Club数在我们孵化的概念里。根据我们投资组合的增长, 2018年,我们的团队仍在努力工作,继续协助将创新的餐饮娱乐概念带到中国。

THE HYVE® is a culinary incubator, based in Shanghai, China. We help little ideas realize big success! Our team of movers and shakers come from entertainment, hospitality and finance, and we have one simple goal: to bring the world’s most exciting restaurant & entertainment concepts to China.

Established in 2017 by Yuni and Nick, THE HYVE® quickly went to work to cultivate ventures in dining & nightlife. We’re super proud to count the beloved DEUS Cocktail Club as among our concepts. As our portfolio grows, in 2018, we are working hard to take innovative food & beverage concepts to China.

不同于其它行业,在餐饮娱乐领域,一个想法只有在执行中才能实现它的概念验证。THE HYVE®所存在的目的就是为了支持那些敢于冒险进入竞争激烈的餐饮行业的创业者!除了餐品、设计和服务之外,还有无数小时的辛勤工作、市场的不确定性以及反复试验。(不要忘了租金!)这些投入都是一个创业团队需要考虑的。

不容易,我们知道!

我们是投资者、导师、顾问、创意总监和其他任何我们的“Hyvers”需要我们承担的角色。THE HYVE®协助企业家降低风险,同时以更加直接的方式提供市场准入,增加在令人生畏的中国市场成功的机会。无论是通过一个厨师或调酒师的“居住计划“还是协助我们的Hyvers组合一个强执行力的团队去推出独立的概念,THE HYVE®队致力于帮助所有的Hyvers取得最佳的成功。

在这个领域中,创业团队没有机会在安全的实验室环境里孵化想法,也不能在具有可预测的现金流期间,通过一系列试点方案细化概念,更无法在资源丰富的大企业内部享受稳定的收入并且创业(intrapreneur)开发业务 。餐饮概念承担巨大的风险,而且往往只有一次成功的机会。

Unlike other sectors, in food & beverage, an idea’s “proof of concept” is found in its execution. THE HYVE® was founded to support those daring souls who dare venture into the realm of wine-ing and dining. Beyond food, design and service, there are endless hours of hard work, uncertainty, trial and error (and rent).

It’s not easy, we know!

We are investors, mentors, advisors, creative directors and anything else our “Hyvers” need us to be. Above all else, though, we are an incubation and acceleration partner that offers food & beverage entrepreneurs direct and unrestricted access to the intimidating Chinese market in a low-risk manner. Whether it’s testing the concept through a residency at our venues or assembling a strong execution team to launch an independent venture, THE HYVE® and our team is committed helping our Hyvers’ succeed

Entrepreneurs in this field do not have the luxury of incubating their ideas within the safety of a laboratory, refining their concept through a slew of planned pilots with predictable cashflow, or growing the business whilst enjoying the financial security of an intrapreneurship program. No, food & beverage entrepreneurs put everything on the line and most often have just one shot to make it work.

创始人founder of THE HYVE®


Yuni在加州和上海之间长大,并从加州大学伯克利分校毕业后搬到巴黎。她后来获得了巴黎政治学院和巴黎HEC的硕士学位。Yuni在巴黎银行开始了投资银行事业。2012年她转移到高盛的资本市场团队,并最终加入摩根士丹利在巴黎的并购团队。

在巴黎的7年期间,Yuni同时在竞争激烈的餐饮市场踏出了创业的第一步。在2013-16年间,Yuni与其他合作伙伴对12家餐饮场所进行了成功的重组和扩张战略。2016年Yuni决定回归上海在中欧国际工商学院攻读MBA并继续她的创业之旅。

在短短一年里,这位女创业家立即开始建立她在中国的商业帝国。2017年4月出Yuni成功开发了集团的第一个娱乐概念,DEUS,并在2018年5月初为她的创新孵化频台THE HYVE®完成了两千万天使轮融资。上海多家著名媒体出席DEUS的开幕会。DEUS和THE HYVE®都是Yuni为中国餐饮与娱乐行业打造的革命性概念。

在业余时间,Yuni喜欢耐力运动。她在2015年完成了Asia-Pacific Ironman 铁人三项亚太总决赛(类别排名26),也完成了15个马拉松赛(纽约,波士顿,柏林,东京,巴黎,上海等)。

Yuni grew up between California and Shanghai and moved to Paris after graduating from UC Berkeley. She later studied at Sciences Po and HEC Paris where she received her master’s in management. Yuni began her career in investment banking, in Paris. She first joined Goldman Sachs’ capital markets team in 2012 and eventually joined Morgan Stanley, working on M&A.

During her 7 years in Paris, Yuni also took the first step into the highly competitive hospitality sector. Between 2013-16, Yuni and her partners successfully restructured and established 12 restaurant concepts. In 2016, Yuni decided to return to Shanghai to continue her entrepreneurial ambitions. Just a year after arriving, this female entrepreneur set out to establish her business empire in China. In April 2016, Yuni developed her first entertainment concept, DEUS Cocktail Club, and closed a 20 million yuan angel round financing for her culinary incubator, THE HYVE®. Both DEUS and THE HYVE® are disruptive new concepts that Yuni has created for the Chinese hospitality and entertainment industry.

In her spare time, Yuni practices endurance sports. She completed the Asia-Pacific Ironman triathlon in Melbourne in 2015 (ranking 26th in category) and 15 marathons (New York, Boston, Berlin, Tokyo, Paris, Shanghai, etc.).

THE HYVE® is a disruptive concept in hospitality. It combines elements from incubators, restaurants and lounges to create the market’s first “living” culinary incubation platform. THE HYVE® intends to change the way society looks at dining and inspire entrepreneurship through a disruptive business model, to carry out a subversive revolution for this traditional industry.  THE HYVE®’s “chef-in-residence” project will feature new aspiring talents every 6 months from all corners of the world. The three pillars of THE HYVE® are: 1. design and service 2. excellent F&B program 3. incubation ecosystem.

As a founder, Yuni believes that value comes from technology, creativity and ambition. The long-term goal of THE HYVE® is to help chef-entrepreneurs launch their own projects in a way that is easier, faster, and more sustainable.

THE HYVE®创立于2016年,总部在中国上海,是一家餐饮与娱乐业的孵化器。THE HYVE®将改变社会看待饮食的方式以颠覆性的烹饪模型激发企业家精神。他的 “厨师居民计划”将每6个月从世界各角落寻找到新的天才。THE HYVE®将为餐饮业这一传统行业进行一场颠覆式的革命。THE HYVE®帮助小创意转化成为成功的大公司!我们正在筹划建立第一个实体餐厅,名为“THE HYVE®”,在那里,我们提供优质的平台,同时也引荐我们的合作投资方,给到有抱负的年青创业厨师在我们的实体餐厅进行六个月的“居住计划”。

We help little ideas realize big success! We are setting up our first permanent “THE HYVE®” restaurant, where aspiring chef-entrepreneurs can take up a 6-month residency to refine their concept, management acumen and network with partners & investors.

活动概述 CHEF TRIALS DETAILS

THE HYVE® 厨师争霸赛将在中国的主要城市举行各为期三日的快闪活动。在第一站,上海,三日两轮的厨师争霸赛中,召集4位在海选中脱颖而出的年青厨师进行比拼。冠军厨师有机会在我们之后的THE HYVE®实体餐厅进行6个月的“居住计划”并现场获得价值5,000美金的现金奖励。

THE HYVE® Chef Trials are a series of 3-day pop-up events, held in the culinary hubs of China. In the first stop, Shanghai, the Chef Trial will bring together 4 aspiring chefs in a 3-day, 2-round cook off for a chance to be incubated in our restaurant and US$5,000 cash prize.
