She commenced her hotel career in 1994.With more than 24 years of experience in hotel industry, she has profound and original understanding to hotel operation and market strategy. Before joining The Westin Ningbo, she worked as Director of Sales & Marketing in Lanham Place Ningbo Culture Plaza for four years, since the pre-opening.
